Day 54 - Sunday, June 20

At the Motel 6 in Mammoth Lakes.  A zero day.

We slept in slightly and took some time getting up.  We did laundry and then went to the outfitter as Frank wanted compression socks and new shoes.  We then went to the supermarket to resupply.  We had tried to take the town bus, but it didn't stop for us even when we were at the bus stop.  We came back to the room, sorted our food, called home and then relaxed.

About 3 pm, a bunch of people turned up: Jedi, AB, Peagle, Thin Mint, Tiger Blood, and Mama.  They all hung out in our tiny room.  Thin Mint and Jedi (who are going to share our room) showered and then we got ready to go out to a local brewery.  Mama, who has his car with him for the next few days, gave me the keys to be the DD for the evening.  Jedi went to the brewery ahead of us and this gave us time to put out shenanigans into action.

A week ago in Bishop, Frank was shopping for new leggings as the ones she bought 300 miles prior were now too big as she'd lost so much weight.  She happened to find ones that were a similar orange to Jedi's shorts that he lost on Mt. Whitney.  Then she wondered if she could get a shirt like his and match him.  Then she showed this to Arugula and myself and we concocted the idea of all dressing up like Jedi.  AB wanted in on it too, so we all ordered shirts, shorts, a hat, and fake beard.  We all dressed up and then drove to the brewery.  Walked in and Jedi started laughing hysterically.

We ate and hung out at the brewery and then went to the Saloon across from our hotel along with Rambo, Hot Pink, and Sure Foot.  Played some shuffle board and until they closed and then went back to the hotel to go to bed.
